Today's WI
My WI today went very well. I am down 3.4 lbs and this more than made up for last week. That would be 3.6 in 3 weeks which is still 1.2 a week and I would be forever happy if that happened every week. So my total loss now is 83.4 lbs. I can't believe it. There are alot of things I keep saying that about these days. I guess it's just that I didn't ever think that I would be able to get my weight under control after it was so far gone. I am only 11.4 lbs from my WW goal and that is hard to believe. If I work hard, by Halloween, I could be doing maintainance. That doesn't seem real to me. I want to get down to 155 but I am settling my WW goal at 165 so I won't get so stressed if I am up 2 lbs because of TOM. Anyhow, just needed to share my wonderful loss. I know I can do this...I am almost there.
