Well, thank goodness it's Friday, as the title says. This hasn't been such a hot week for me. I weighed in on Wednesday and stayed the same. I guess a maintain is better than a gain, but I don't know what I did to deserve the maintain. I have been exercising and eating the right things. I didn't even have junk food last week. I went to Curves 3 days and did 2 days on the treadmill. I stayed well within my point range and even had 12 WPAs left. I ate all my activity points. An indication that I may have not been eating enough is that I was waking up every morning starving. All I could think about was eating breakfast. So maybe that was it. I think I am going to get on the scale this morning (even tho I know I shouldn't) just to see what it says. I am curious if it did the same as 2 weeks ago when I weighed in. I maintained and then weighed the next day at home and went down 2 lbs. I know that our weight changes everyday, but this showed up on the scale last week with that 3.4 lbs lost. There is no way that I lost that much in one week, so it must have been some left over from the week before and it didn't show up until Thursday (instead of Wednesday, my WI day).Well, anyhow, I am feeling good healthwise. For about a week now, I haven't been getting leg cramps in the middle of the night and I have been sleeping a little better, only getting up at 4 a.m. 2 times instead of all week.
Alright already, enough rambling about my WI. I am off to Curves this morning as I haven't been there since Tuesday. But I will go today and then Monday and Tuesday of next week and that will be my 3x for the week since my weeks run Wednesday to Wednesday. I did 70 minutes on the treadmill last night. That was great. I felt great afterward too.
I baked brownies using black beans and brownie mix that I got from a message board I use and they turned out wonderful. The whole family loves them. DS wanted them for breakfast this morning. LOL. That was carrying it a bit far...
I decided that this week I will shake things up a bit. I am going to alternate my walking and Curves and then shake up my diet a little. I bought some light chips and will have a 1pt brownie or two. I also started drinking plain water instead of flavoring it with something. I started buying more fruit, as fall fruits are one of my favorites. I love apples and will soon be making my pumpkin crustless pie. Oh, Yummmmmmy, just thinking about it...
Fall is finally here and the leaves will be changing soon. I see that some of them already have. I love fall, my favorite time of year. I just wish it would be a little warmer in the morning. We still have the windows open and it gets real cold toward morning. Even right now it's only 40°F outside. DH said I complain too much about the weather. It was such a hot summer and now the weather is getting cooler, I want it to be warmer. I guess I am not so easy to please, or maybe I just want things to be comfortable.
