Down again this week!

Well, that is suppose to say that I have 12 lbs to go, but it isn't so clear so I decided to write it out. Lost 1.4 lbs this week. WooooHoooo!!!! Down again. I have no idea what's behind these losses. I haven't went to Curves in more than 2 weeks. I haven't exercised here with my tapes since Thanksgiving. I think I am going to wait until I get down below my goal to continue with my exercise. I think my losses could be caused by some muscle loss, but I want to get below goal already. I have been really struggling and if I can get below goal then go back to exercising, I will be able to gain a few lbs from muscle and still be within my range. This is good. I can't go back to paying again. I hate that. Anyway...Going to write down my food for today. I haven't been able to keep up with it, but I am still trying. I will get it one of these days.
