♫Where have all the flowers gone♫
As the rain stops here the sun comes out, but there are no flowers in my garden anymore. The summer is over and the fall coldness has become a daily thing. I got up this morning and it was cold. I have 52° F here and it's after 10 am. I cannot see the fall folliage from my window. It is beyond the buildings. I went to Curves on Friday in the rain and it was cold then. Guess I have to wait until spring to see that warmth again. We didn't do much yesterday. I did some much needed cleaning. I have to go and drop off some things at the local Salvation Army. I walked on the treadmill this morning for 45 min. and did some tension band work for 15 min. I want to go down to Target and pick up a few cds this afternoon. I know, I know. I was complaining about money issues a week ago. But we have come into a few extra bucks and I just love music. This is only about $25, so it isn't going to break us. I love my new jeans. Plan to wear a pair to the mall later. Hubby is arguing with the soon to be 11 yr old about doing his homework. I wonder sometimes which one is the parent and which one is the child. Stephen is going to be 11 on Tuesday. He sometimes runs around here ranting like a lunatic. I think he thinks he is older than he is. You know, 11 going on 111...heehee. Well, he would make a great actor. I am going to go get dressed for the mall and have a nice afternoon. Catch y'all later. ♥
